About the Job
Responsible for following the agency's marketing plan and maintaining relationships with customers and referral sources.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED,
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
- Demonstrated organizational skills, flixibility, assertiveness, and team orientation,
- Fluency in using Microsoft Windows-based PCs, Microsoft Office products, and Internet Explorer for web-browsing and research, and
- Spanish-speaking fluency.
Essential Functions / Areas of Accountability
- Understands the agency's Vision and Mission statements and their importance to the agency's strategic planning efforts,
- Uses the agency's SharePoint site to access crucial agency information such as compliance and personnel manual and agency forms,
- Proactively participates in defartmental and committee meetings, agency structural and operational processes and discussions, surveys, in-services, and positive miscellaneous events,
- Establishes relationships with current and potential clients,
- Prepares reports of marketing activities and effectiveness,
- Participates in agency and personal goal setting activities, and
- Performs other activities as directed.
