About the Job

Responsible for following the agency's marketing plan and maintaining relationships with customers and referral sources.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED,
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
  • Demonstrated organizational skills, flixibility, assertiveness, and team orientation,
  • Fluency in using Microsoft Windows-based PCs, Microsoft Office products, and Internet Explorer for web-browsing and research, and
  • Spanish-speaking fluency.
Essential Functions / Areas of Accountability
  • Understands the agency's Vision and Mission statements and their importance to the agency's strategic planning efforts,
  • Uses the agency's SharePoint site to access crucial agency information such as compliance and personnel manual and agency forms,
  • Proactively participates in defartmental and committee meetings, agency structural and operational processes and discussions, surveys, in-services, and positive miscellaneous events,
  • Establishes relationships with current and potential clients,
  • Prepares reports of marketing activities and effectiveness,
  • Participates in agency and personal goal setting activities, and
  • Performs other activities as directed.
