Our Mission
Our organization provides licensed home health services to patients in the State of Texas.
The home health services we provide include skilled nursing; physical, occupational, and/or speech therapy; medical social work, home health aide services, and nutrition counseling.
Operationally, our structure and processes are transparent, our employees have an outlet to community resources and continuing education opportunities,
and we function as a focal point of information for diabetes and wound care management for our clients who include individuals, groups,
and the general community.
The services we provide are measurable, outcome driven, well-documented, and address consumer needs as an organizational priority;
and we perform those services in compliance with local, state, federal, and Community Health Accreditation Program (CHAP) regulatory guidelines.
Our Philosophy
We share compassion with our patients and we too are moved by emotions. We understand that we can be made better or worse by those around us. "Healing" is the process of mending the body, mind, and soul and it requires a holistic attention that bandages and syringes, alone, cannot fulfill. Procedures should be delivered by a friend and a smile - a spiritual aspect of care that not only heals the patient, but heals the caregiver as well.
